Islam! First I would like to ask the followers of Islam whether they know what is Islam? If yes then it’s time to live life according to the doctrines of Islam, because just knowing doesn’t help unless it’s adopted in daily life. And if the reply is no! Then it’s time to seek the right preacher of Islam otherwise there are few ill elements in society who are responsible for defaming Islam and because of their ignorance the Muslims are suffering.
Islam doesn’t allow betraying the nation, to be loyal towards nation is one of the integral belief of Islam.As Prophet Muhammed peace be upon him stated: حب الوطن من الايمان
So, I would like to request those, whose thinking has been influenced by the wrong intentions of the media or by any other source that, whether defaming a religion is allowed in any religious belief ?
As it’s rightly said “Idle mind is a devil’s workshop”. Currently People are more exposed to media because of the home stay, they have enough knowledge about how many cases of covid-19 is increasing day by day. All thanks to the social media but the current media houses and anchors are inviting the influential individuals from the Islamic society and yelling unnecessarily upon them. These individuals sometimes become accused for saying anything favorable for those who according to anchors have made an offence.
I have seen few anchors becoming furious amid the discussion and they themselves perform as a judge by delivering the verdict against the invitees.Also I have seen them if any argument from the invitees weaken anchors point they mutes the microphone of the opponents, restraining them to prove their point. Why these media houses are not accused for discussing wrong issues about religion? There are few anonymous individuals whose job is to troll without proper information. Although, if someone breach the law of Constitution, should be dealt accordingly to the law. No one have right to take the law in his hands. If I am doing something wrong I am responsible for it. Religion is perfect !I am imperfect. Flaw is in myself ! religion is flawless.
If a parent is having two kid one is obedient and other is not. That doesn’t mean that mother and father will leave disobedient child. Or child will leave his parent during a difficult situation. Both the children will come together during the time of peril. The disobedient child sometimes become target of false accusations which he hasn’t pertain. His basic instinct will make him believe one day that no body else will be more important to him than his father and mother.
From this example we can extrapolate that media is making young minds more vulnerable. It’s high time to impart only true information without adding any negative comments to it. Negativity increase bigotry and bigotry yields hatred. It’s a request to the media not to make current generation vulnerable by abusing the religion. The seeds of hatred will deeply root in young minds if not removed earlier.
The Honorable Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi is trying to call towards solidarity by taking initiatives like ringing the bells and lighting the candles. His message is loud and clear that true solidarity lies in embracing and respecting all if we say we are Indians. Love will prevail if love is imparted, hatred will prevail if hatred is imparted.
It’s also a request to the minority not to become excited by the ill elements of the society, your dignity will never hurt if you remain firm and strong in your belief.Minority’s right is safeguarded in the Constitution, our deeds will make them more stronger if we act accordingly. Corona virus doesn’t see the religion before infecting anyone. It’s our responsibility to stay safe. Water from the clouds doesn’t see the religion it’s available to all. The Creator doesn’t discriminates we are getting everything according to our destiny.
