A person always has a sheer affection towards his birthplace. Sometimes, the name of the birth soil remains only in the birth certificate or in other official documents. But once a person becomes a prominent and renowned personality, the pride always remains attached to his birthplace.
After birth, the upbringing of the child plays a crucial role in molding the personality of the child which will reflect throughout his life. Coming to the world as a feminine gender is still considered a stigma in society. But few women remain unstoppable; they break all the boundaries which restrain them. The trait of courage inculcated at an early age will blossom later in life. The character of facing diverse situations in life with grace, if ingrained at an early age will really make a person capable to combat any phase of life.
The same attributes were observed in a child born in the city of Maharashtra, the second largest city of Vidarbha region after Nagpur, AMRAVATI.
Born in Amravati 45 years ago, M Tasneem Sk Mustafa Bh Jagaonwala (Father from Chandur Bazar near Amravati) moved for studies with maternal grandparents in Amravati. This article will showcase glimpses of her life in order to encourage her unstoppable behavior for every individual who sometimes feels that because of his background he is unable to fulfill his quest in life.
She studied in English convent school till 10th. Her grandfather being the principal of the school developed a passion for her for knowledge. At the age of 12, she played nationals at basketball, and on state-level, she participated in the long jump and badminton. The interest in studies and sports is a combination of her holistic personality.
She used to write articles in the newspaper at this very age. She has always been passionate about achieving whatever she dreamt of. One of the bright students in school she joined Shivaji Science College Amravati for HSC. She aimed to become a successful doctor.
She was playful and tomboyish in nature; her parents couldn’t understand her passion for achieving something in life. And due to certain financial circumstances, she couldn’t pursue her journey of education and got married to a businessman at the age of 18.
Again faced diverse circumstances; from a big city to a very small town, from a free lifestyle to a very conservative one, but with strong emotional support from the words uttered by her mother; you have to accept yourself like water wherever you are; she again commenced to hunt and fulfill her uncompleted pursuits.
The winning attitude and the being up above the crowd learned in childhood, always kept her spirits high. After the birth of two children, there was the same struggle of lack of legitimate religious and worldly education. But the childhood learned attitude did not upset her, and after a lot of struggle due to karam and blessings of Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Maula RA, children got admission in al Jamea tus Saifiyah. This was one of the proudest moments for her in life. Why not? No joy is more ecstatic and delightful for a parent than getting admission for their child in al Jamea.
Entering the second phase of life.
Here M Tasneem ben decided to grab the golden opportunity of completing all her unfinished tasks. This is how every woman enters the second phase of her life. How a woman should remain motivated and adopt her feminism in life is discussed in my previous blog https://www.service-to-mankind.com/2020/10/feminism.html?m=1
Now she decided to complete her studies. With the Raza Mubarak of Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin RA started with correspondence BA. Where there is a will there is a way. She has the urge to study and understand human behavior; so she became a behavioral trainer and counselor too.
Passion to serve humanity.
She became the president of giant international Shirpur, and did a lot of social work, where her journey of social work begins, she was credited with “World Chairman’s International Appreciation Award” twice and many other awards in different fields.
Once again her interest in “Save girl child” encouraged her to serve in this regard.
She is a passionate believer in Education and the change a proper and appropriate education can bring in feminism. To promote this cause “save girl child” she met with the two former Presidents of India honorable Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and honorable Dr. Pratiba tai Patil.

She has been invited to deliver a talk on the same in many schools and colleges, and students would pledge that they will willingly accept Allah’s wish in their life and whole heartedly submit to HIS will.

The dream of the childhood to become a doctor was always there; she joined regular BBM College and completed graduation and then post-graduation MBA.
To memorize Quran also added to her bucket list along with performing khidmat.
For the above intention, she has written her thesis on “Conceptual study of the Quranic education system of Dawoodi Bohras spiritual leaders” and obtained the prestigious degree of Ph.D. With the Raza Mubarak of Aqa Maula TUS, she has been a trainer and the counselor for Mahad al Zahra for years.
Age should not be a criterion for learning; she also started Hifz al Quran and aims to achieve the khushi Mubarak of Aqa Maula TUS by doing so.
She is the trustee of DBWRF and stands strong for the cause of shariyat. All that she has gathered in the years of her leaning, she supports to empower the women and in whatever she can contribute. Along with the upbringing of the children, she also looks after the PR area of her husband’s business. Who is also a firm supporter of her, throughout her journey.
She sums up the values inculcated in her by her parents in three points.
1) Learning is a continuous process.
2) Aim high with good intention, work for it, and rest leave to Allah.
3) Accept and adjust to the change with an optimistic view wherever you go.
The intention behind writing this article is that, if a person is not ready to lose hope in any diverse situation in life, then nobody can stop him to achieve whatever he is willing in life. The virtue of motivation is always required in the journey of memorizing al Quran al Kareem. Where appearing for sanawat ikhtebaar will become a diminutive task and will not become a huge hurdle and obstacle to proceeding further.
We pray for her to add more laurels to her birth town Amravati and her life too.
