Hasnain bhai’s journey to becoming Mr Universe has been powered by a deep devotion to serving Imam Husain ^AS and an unshakable commitment to dedicate all his achievements to Syedna Aali Qadr Mufaddal Saifuddin Maula ^TUS. This profound dedication has been his source of strength, inspiring him to overcome every obstacle, and empowering him to ultimately lift the coveted title of Mr. Universe. His motto in life has always been to give whatever he has for the cause of Imam Husain ^AS, a conviction that has shaped every step of his journey.

In 2009, Hasnain bhai left Pakistan with dreams of academic achievement and settling in Australia. The initial years were filled with challenges—student life demanded most of his attention, and he neglected his physical well-being. However, in 2011, he joined a gym with a vision to improve his fitness. He began dedicating himself to building muscle and regaining his health.

A journey towards Mr. Universe

By 2014, after completing his studies, now, he had more time to invest in his fitness. In 2015, Hasnain bhai took his passion further and became a qualified trainer. A year later, he joined a local gym as a trainer, eager to help others achieve their goals while continuing his growth as well.

In 2017, he set his sights on competition, preparing for his first shows in 2018. His hard work paid off. He competed in six shows that year, achieving an impressive five silver medals and one gold. The following year, he focused on overcoming his weaknesses, giving his body the rest and care his body needed to continue further. The year 2020 marked a high point, as Hasnain bhai claimed four gold and two silver medals in state and national championships, a significant achievement on his journey. He grabbed the coveted title of Mr. Australia.

Life’s challenging phase

The year 2021 brought unimaginable hardships. First, he lost his father but was unable to attend the funeral due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Then, in June 2021, he suffered a severe accident that left him with third-degree burns. Though he nearly faced a permanent disability, he survived—grateful for the new lease on life he’d been granted. In 2022, emotional scars and physical challenges kept him from returning to the gym or pursuing his dreams. By 2023, he had nearly lost everything he’d worked so hard for.

Resurgence after a difficult phase

The year 2024 marked a turning point. Hasnain bhai attended the Ashara Mubarakah in Karachi, bringing his 2020 Mr. Australia trophy as a tribute. He presented this achievement to Syedna Aali Qadr Mufaddal Saifuddin Maula ^TUS and received his blessings. Hasnain bhai left Ashara Mubaraka with renewed hope and determination, empowered by the blessings of Syedna Aali Qadr Mufaddal Saifuddin Maula ^TUS.

Returning to Australia, he trained harder than ever, preparing to compete on an international stage. On October 20, 2024, his efforts culminated in four silver medals at the state and national championships, qualifying him for the Mr. Universe competition. Finally, on November 3, 2024, Hasnain bhai’s dream became a reality. He made history by winning the prestigious Mr. Universe title in two categories: Bodybuilding (under 70 kg) and Classic Physique. He also secured a bronze in Men’s Physique, adding to his remarkable achievement.

Hasnain bhai has dedicated every success to Syedna Aali Qadr Mufaddal Saifuddin Maula ^TUS, expressing his gratitude for the blessings that fueled his journey. He says all this is not possible at all without Maula’s blessings. Today, Hasnain bhai is more than an athlete; he is an inspiration to mankind, committed to motivating, educating, and inspiring his community through his remarkable journey.
